North Carolina’s Department of IT Certifies ImageSoft as State-Wide Partner for Electronic Content Management

Upon issuing a request for proposal (RFP), North Carolina’s Department of IT (DIT) has chosen and certified ImageSoft as a trusted software vendor for its state agencies and the only state-approved vendor for OnBase® by Hyland. This positions ImageSoft on a select list of content management partners that the DIT will request to respond to Statements of Work (SOW) for IT specialty services such as case and records management and electronic workflow.

The DIT’s certification applies to state and local agencies, including community colleges, counties, institutions, municipalities, public schools and other government entities. With a regional office conveniently seated in Raleigh, North Carolina, ImageSoft has already enjoyed years of partnership with the state’s Department of Labor and Real Estate Commission, among other customers in the state.

This new certification is an opportunity for the ImageSoft team to further equip government agencies with best-in-class digital solutions that transcend business challenges while still meeting dynamic program needs.
