MiFile Exceeds 1.4 Million Filings

MiFile, Michigan’s state-wide eFiling system, has exceeded over 1.4 million filings across five pilot courts since its launch date on January 1, 2018. MiFile, which has over 35,000 registered users, allows litigants to electronically file case documents, such as pleadings, motions and petitions, 24 hours a day with any Michigan court.
