ImageSoft Launches CaseShare: The Stand-Alone Solution Digitalizing Appellate Court Case Ascension

It is with great excitement that ImageSoft announces the official launch of CaseShare. The brainchild of our partnered collaboration with the Virginia District Court, CaseShare serves appellate court cases as a stand-alone solution, or by seamless integration with the lower courts’ case and document management systems, for a user-friendly, consistent case ascension strategy from start-to-finish.

Designed to empower true data exchange and workflow, CaseShare lends courts the interoperability they need for a harmonious flow of data and transparent communication at every step. Replacing guesswork with consistency, CaseShare automates the entire case assembly process, including transcripts, filings and any other desired court records. With just a few clicks, clerks leverage an intuitive user interface to generate case files that align with the appellate court’s preference for receiving. This step alone returns hours back to court clerks who no longer struggle to locate and organize each case file and reduces the chances of having improperly assembled files bounce back.

Hand-in-hand with automated case assembly is CaseShare’s facilitation of all the footwork in between, including: one-click re-ordering, rotating, deleting and/or adding of pages, a populated table of contents and document list, the ability to group, merge and create text-searchable documents, PDF editing, automatic page numbering, watermarking and bookmarking, and creating Sealed Volumes ad hoc.
