ImageSoft Honored as one of “Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®”

For the 13th consecutive year, the overwhelmingly positive feedback of ImageSoft staff has honored us as one of “Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work for®,” joining an exclusive group of high-performing companies.

The annual award measures anonymous feedback from staff regarding several areas of their employer’s human resources approach, including categories such as compensation, benefits, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, recruitment, work-life balance, community initiatives and more. Only those companies with distinguished marks for innovation and thoughtfulness in each category are honored.

Thankful to all our staff who make significant investments of time and talent into ImageSoft, we make continuous professional investments in them while doing our best to provide quality-of-life perks. Two programs implemented within the last year include PTO donation and an employee spotlight campaign affectionately called “Images of Us.” Developed to support staff who have used much of their PTO on hard times, the PTO donation program is a platform for other ImageSoft staff to donate a few hours or days of PTO to colleagues who may not have enough to enjoy the holidays. “Images of Us” is a monthly staff spotlight series that strives to unify ImageSoft culture by showcasing our diversity and personalities in a fun, five question Q&A. “Images of Us” rotates among departments and is shared in an internal newsletter before being splashed on our corporate LinkedIn and Facebook pages.

These two well-received programs are in addition to our standard employee benefits, including open-door policy with executives and founders, work-life balance with flex time and healthy PTO, a workout center, quarterly wellness challenges, free snacks, fruit, sodas, coffee and tea, a 401K company match, community service days and more!
