Third Judicial Circuit Court Digitally Transforms Child Support Case Establishment (FOC) by Partnering with ImageSoft

Wayne County, Michigan’s Third Judicial Circuit Court has partnered with ImageSoft to implement an Enterprise Content Management System (ECM) in the Case Establishment division of its Friend of the Court (FOC), known in other states as Child Support Enforcement.

Leveraging OnBase by Hyland in tandem with ImageSoft’s Court Technology solution, ImageSoft will configure a digitalized process supporting capture, electronic routing and processing of child support-related documentation. Integrated with the Michigan Child Support Enforcement System (MiCSES), the electronic workflow will drive Case Establishment from the initial identification phase through DHHS, to client meetings, petition developments, service of process, genetic testing (when needed) and, finally, to resolution. Orders of filiation, dismissals, show-cause processes, parenting time and support will also be incorporated into the solution.
