ImageSoft Receives Platinum AND Diamond Honors from Hyland

Calling on our more than 20 years’ experience of yielding customer success through Hyland’s continuously evolving, open content services model, including the breakdown of information siloes, increased data governance, seamless integrations with existing business applications and more, ImageSoft reserved more than $4.8M in OnBase bookings and welcomed four new customer acquisitions, including two Housing Authorities and two Washington state counties. Of course, none of this success would be possible without our team’s talented technical experts and Customer Care team, which promptly attends to our customers at a fluid 11:1 support ratio. We’re also proud to acknowledge that more than 13 percent of our total customer base now operates on the current version of Hyland’s OnBase content services platform.

 

While the past 12 months may have physically separated us from our customers we call friends, we haven’t let it stop us from coming together to continue building these relationships. One of our favorite 2020 memories was treating our customers to a virtual “The Night Online” in lieu of our traditional “The Night Out” at CommunityLIVE, Hyland’s annual user conference, which included a live performance from actor and singer-songwriter Charles “Chip” Esten. This year, we look forward to even more time with our customers at our 2021 Virtual Velocity conference, which includes industry-specific tracks for our customers to enjoy with success stories from others in their field, networking opportunities and the ability to simply catch up with the ImageSoft family.

 

It is because of the endurance and unwavering motivations of our staff and customers that we have not only overcome, but continued to exceed expectations throughout one of the most difficult years to date. More than ever, we are humbled and honored to be announced by Hyland as both a Platinum and Diamond Support award recipient as announced at the Hyland Partner Virtual Event Series.
