For 14th Consecutive Year, ImageSoft Honored Among “Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®”

In what has been one of the most challenging years in our history, ImageSoft received one of its greatest gifts: enough confidence, dedication and overall satisfaction from our staff to be regarded, for the fourteenth consecutive year, as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.

In an anonymous survey of our team on their considerations regarding ImageSoft’s leadership and business approaches, not only in ordinary times but especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our staff honored us with successful marks for thoughtfulness and innovation in several categories, including compensation, benefits, employee enrichment, education and development, recruitment and orientation, communication and shared vision, work-life balance and more.

Guided by our most important principle of “people first,” ImageSoft launched completely remote operations in March 2020 and have since given staff the option to continue working from home for at least the remainder of the year. Although a necessary decision, the over-night transition to a remote workforce could not have been as seamless as it was without the talent and dedication our entire staff. Not only was our IT team prepared with an emergency plan, but the rest of our personnel were accommodating to the abrupt switch, persistent in their work ethic and unwavering in their support of our small-family community. Through company-wide Microsoft Teams chatrooms, routine vlog check-ins from CEO Dave Hawkins, morale surveys, extended PTO rollover hours and continuous human resource updates on evolving federal programs, potential reopening plans, available opportunities and more, it’s comforting to know our staff feels cared for, secure and that we’ve given them our best – especially since they repeatedly gift us with their best every day.
