No, we didn’t light it, but we tried to fight it
Whew! That was a lot to cover. For those looking for a bit more information about some of these incredible achievements, here’s a brief overview with some extra details.
- We closed our first customer for Resolve Disputes Online – hooray for expansion!
- We closed our first Digital Evidence Management customer, and recently launched Vault, our proprietary system to bring the justice system into the 21st century
- We expanded our customer base in both new and existing states, signing deals for a variety of products and services – Welcome to the family!
- Brother and Worldox became TrueSign partners and even joined us for a virtual session about electronic signatures
- We were acquired by i3, and are now working closely with other companies in the family at tradeshows, and behind the scenes. Bonus: All of i3 is utilizing TrueSign as their electronic signature platform!
- We had our best quarters to date, crushing even our most optimistic goals
- We are growing our product catalog to include SafeEncounter and Web Filing Review (stay tuned for introduction blogs)
- We are now a permanently remote company! We have moved out of our Southfield office and are currently looking for a more relaxed Clubhouse space for those in the area to enjoy
- For the 15th year in a row, we have been honored with a 101 Best and Brightest Award, as well as an Elite Award
- Team members changed roles with several moving into leadership positions. Congratulations to everyone who has taken on new roles
- Our company culture was maintained through Virtual Happy Hours, Online Game Nights, and the Euchre League. We may be all across the country, but nothing can stop us from having fun
- Our Customer Support team continues to provide unmatched service
- We had a successful year of Virtual Velocity, Online CommunityLIVE, and in-person CTC. Here’s hoping to all in-person events this year!
- The team participated in our first round of Pulse Reports, helping us get more involved with the corporate office and our sister companies, and flex our creative muscles
We are so thankful to have had such an incredible year despite the ever-changing climate around us. ImageSoft continues to grow in terms of our team, our partners, and our product offerings. 2021 was a very formative year for us, and we are heading into 2022 with new skills, new insights, and new ideas. We would like to thank everyone who made our past year a success including our leadership team, our employees, our partners, our i3 Verticals family, and our loyal customers. We have big things coming very soon, so keep an eye out for exciting announcements throughout the year.
